Medical, Dental, & Vision
Full Medical/Dental/Vision coverage is available to all full time employees and dependents at the first of the month following thirty (30) days of employment. The Company pays a major percentage of the premiums for the employee's coverage and for eligible dependents. We also offer a variety of other voluntary benefits available through payroll deductions.
The Company currently matches 50% up to 6% of compensation deferred.
The Plan offers a broad selection of investment opportunities.
Full Time employees are eligible for a variety of paid time off after 90 days of employment.
Vacation is accrued per pay period based on calendar years of service.
All new employees are eligible for the two (2) week accrual rate.
Full Time employees are eligible for four (4) days of Paid Time Off (PTO) per calendar year.
Holiday pay is given for all major holidays.
Voluntary Group Life and AD&D provided by Metlife at 5 times your base salary. Guarantee issue of $100,000 Spouse and Child benefit also available.
